You’ll receive an email from us asking you to book a call and fill out a client form. We then have a video or phone call to go over your project details.
If we’re likin’ each other’s vibe, one of our sales team will come to your home for an on-site visit. This way, we get a full visual of the space and we’ll know exactly what materials we’d need to order to accurately quote.
Either choose to work with one of our preferred design teams, or choose to pick your finishes yourself. We can always take your vision and help you choose!
Upon giving us the green light, we send you a contract and a deposit request. Then, we order your materials and book a start date as close to when the materials arrive as possible.
Before construction starts, we will protect anything in you home that needs protecting. During construction, you’ll get a weekly emailing you updating on what was done, and what the plan for the following week is.
Once your project is complete, you’ll receive a final walkthrough with your project manager. We’ll then send you a close-out package and a client satisfaction survey.
